Rick Wagner Joined the U.S.Marine Core at 18 years and discharged 4 years later an E5, obtaining a year of college from Extension Branches. He then entered the Construction field in South Florida, he soon began Buying and selling real estate personally, starting and developing over 40 nurseries and garden centers, from the profits he began in 1991 buying land primarily in Georgia.  In 2005 he and his wife Sharon founded the South Georgia House of Hope, a one year Christian home for Women, where he is still actively involved, one of his top priorities was to find something that would give him the flexibility to play a bigger role in his ministry and become more active in restoring broken lives. His Daughter and son-in-law manage the 57 acre retail & wholesale garden centre that he still owns in Florida. Rick Wagner  commutes  between his two homes in South Florida and Lake park Georgia , however, since His heart is for the `restoration’ taking place in his Christ centered women’s home he and his wife directs wife they recently made the decision to make Lake park their primary residential location. He prays becoming an agent in Georgia will help him sell some of his real estate, comprised of some 4,000 acres (individually and jointly owned) and help others accomplish the American Dream of owning real estate. Rick Wagner is truly a Man with drive, commitment and compassion possessing the timeless qualities of honesty and integrity that make him a man of Character.
